Return Policy

Please MUST read through our Return Policy on this page to understand our return procedures and make sure your item is eligible for return.
You will have 7 days/ 1 week after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item. For Example Delivered on 1st jan, you can initiate return till 7th Jan. HOUSE HOLD POINT Return policy is valid for 2 situations/circumstances:

In case you are delivered the wrong product.
In case the product delivered to you has some defects or Breakage.
Returning an item is simple, just follow the steps mentioned below:

• Check if your product meets all requirements
• Call and Email us and request a return
• Our team will provide the address of our office where you have to return
• Pack items as it is as received
• Arrange product pick up or drop off
• Your returned item will be Quality Checked First

If validated and Quality Check passes, you will be refunded for the item.
